Summary: Nowhere in the description does it specify the CLASSIC CONNECT. I have a Snugride CLICK CONNECT 30. It is different from the Snugride CLASSIC CONNECT 30. I wish Graco picked better names for the different models and Walmart distinguished between the two.
Summary: The description on this item is misleading. It says that it fits all snug-ride classic connect carseats. I have a 30 and had to order two bases. Needless to say it didnt fit. The base itself seemed really sturdy though.
Summary: This car seat is extremely heavy, and this is the opinion of someone who works out often and has even lifted weights as part of my regiment. I can't even imagine how it would be for someone who is out of shape. It also requires the use of excessive force to buckle/unbuckle. Also, it is not as cute as it looks in the picture, cause it has a big ugly decal on the side of it that does not come off.
Cons: Bulky, Difficult To Adjust, Difficult to Set Up, Hard to Install, Heavy, Uncomfortable
Summary: My review seems to be the only bad one. Maybe I got a defective seat. The problems: First of all, the bottom buckle is VERY hard to buckle and unbuckle. We hoped that using it would have "broken it in" and that it would be easier after a month or so, but it's just as bad. Not good when you have a crying baby. Second, the canopy gets stuck on the handle bar and vice versa. It may just be the material of the canopy, but it's really ridiculous.
Pros: Easy to install, Sturdy, Stylish
Cons: Difficult To Adjust, Poor Construction, Uncomfortable
Summary: The description of this item is very misleading. You would think all SnugRide Infant Car Seats fit with the SnugRide Infant Car Seat bases. Makes sense right? As a first time mom (with twins, no less), I registered for these additional bases only to find out 6 months later when my maternity leave was over that these bases were not compatible with my SnugRide Infant Car Seats. I spoke with Graco and they were no help at all.
Summary: If you buy this car seat, get a cotton slip cover for it. My daughter kept getting a bad heat rash at 2 months of age around her neck and lower back. I realized it was from the car seat material after removing the shoulder pads and replacing with cotton ones and the rash disapeared. I than got a car seat cover to prevent rash on her back whenever she has a shirt that rides up. No more heat rashes after that.
