I have 2 of these booster seats

  • Summary: I'd recommend this booster seat for the price and that it will last awhile but I'd definitely take note of the bulky strap adjuster that is somewhat difficult to use.
  • Pros: Affordable and won't outgrow quickly. Also, very pretty!
  • Cons: The straps are a pain to adjust and the "adjuster" is quite bulky.

We've been very pleased with this carseat

  • Excerpt: We purchased this carseat about a year ago from Target, when our son was about 16 months old. He was pretty small for his age (off the growth chart for normal size) and our pediatrician advised us that it was better to keep him in a rear-facing carseat as long as he would put up with it. This carseat is very well built. I feel like it buckles securely and snugly into our vehicle (a 2000 Ford Excursion) and holds him firmly in place.

  • Excerpt: I love this car seat.  I searched for a long time for a budget friendly, safe carseat that my 2 year old would use for a long time.  This one won!  She loves it, and loves to help me buckle her in.  It also has a pretty girly pattern for her to enjoy.  It isn't decked out, but we didn't need one with bells and whistles for car rides.  I love how light weight it is and how easy it is to switch from car to car when needed.  It was also an awesome price.

  • Excerpt: Both of my kids have ridden in these seats at one time or another.  While they don't have the padding and all the bells and whisltes of some of the pricier seats - I have been very happy with this seat.

Good Carseat bad features

  • Summary: I have had this car seat for maybe a month... The cup holder has already broke & the travel tray is almost broke. The cup holder didnt hold 90% of sons sippies. Either to fat or to small and would fall out into the floor board. I dont like where it buckles & you have the adjusting strap... gets in the way of snapping the buckles. I guess you get what you pay for.... I will be getting another kind in a few weeks.

  • Summary: I have been very pleased with this car seat. It is comfortable for my child and is easy to get him in and out. My only complaint would be the neck pillow was too big behind his head and he didn't like it. We removed it and now it's better. Very easy to install and great product for the price!

  • Summary: This was a gift for my grandson on his first birthday. It was very nice according to my daughter who lives in Columbus. I have not seen it yet but she is very satisfied. The price was very good compared to other seats and was well worth my time in research.

Evenflo Chase is a decent carseat for the price.

  • Excerpt: I did a lot of research before buying this seat for my 2.5 year old.  I wanted a seat that would grow with him.  I wanted a seat that would be his last carseat and that came with a good safety rating.  This seat does that.  It provides a five point harness for the child under 40 pounds.  At 40 pounds, it transforms to a booster seat.  I have one of these for each of our cars.  Overall, we have been pleased with the Evenflo Chase.
