CHUBBY BABIES BEWARE.

Annette, mommy of 2, diapers.com
6 August 2008
  • Summary: Our son hates this seat. He's a big, meaty, 14 MO--35" tall and 34 pounds--the reason I bought this big seat, rated for 60 pounds. When we fasten the shoulder harnesses into the belt holder between his legs, the ends of the clips poke into his thighs, even with the little pad guard included with the seat. I bought it for a trip. He's normally a good traveler. This seat made our trip AWFUL.

Doesn't work rear-face shoulder-lap strap installation

Laura, diapers.com
1 November 2006
  • Summary: The lap-shoulder strap restraint system has a rear-facing lock off piece that you "snap" in. You must get the seat belt perfectly lined up in order for it to snap but this requires slack in the seat belt (so the seat moves all over). Shake the seat and the piece unsnaps.
