Summary: Britax is a well known name in the car seat world, and has many fans. The Boulevard does not disappoint. It is a good, solid convertible seat, that will get most kids to a rearfacing age of 3. Not the best choice if you plan to skip the infant seat and go straight to a convertible, as even the lowest harness setting is too high to accommodate a newborn well. The install is easy enough, IF you follow the directions outlined in your manual.
Summary: My daughter likes this car seat a heck of a lot better than the Chicco NewFit, we had that one first but it pinched her legs and the shoulder pads also gave her a problem. This seat I got because you could remove the shoulder pads and the HUGS so that it fit better. You don't need the HUGS until they are Forward facing so it is working out great for my daughter as she is used to nothing but the straps and chest clip.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy to Clean, Easy to install, Lightweight, Safe, Sturdy
Summary: Our 2 year old always slept in the Britax carseat in my car, but never slept in the Safety 1st carseat in my wife's car. We make a 2hr road trip to visit my parents every month, so we bought a Britax for her car too. Now he is rested when reach our destination instead of cranky.
