Summary: The Brio Zento is a reasonably priced seat compared to some extended rear facing seats. Although it is a little more expensive than a forward facing seat, it can be used for twice as long as most stage 1 seats.
Pros: 5 times safer than forward facing carseats Versatile Can be adjusted as child grows to make space for legs. Rear faces up to 25kgs Can be turned to face forwards and used with a 5 point harness or with a seatbelt.
Cons: Fiddly to fit until you are used to it, but I wouldn't describe it as difficult. Crotch pad is not attached to seat so easy to lose (I have lost mine).
Excerpt: In Scandinavia most children are rear facing. This is mostly because in these countries rear facing car seats have been available for years. The Brio Zento is a great value rear facing option and a really simple seat to use.
