  • Summary: I got this car seat as a gift before my baby was born, with the matching play yard and high chair. I love the design, and and it's super easy to adjust. However, for some reason, the baby hated it. She screamed every minute she was in it. It also bothered me a little that the belt buckles are plastic, not metal, and you have to hold them together in one hand awkwardly to get the seat buckled.

  • Summary: I bought this because it has such good reviews, but it is such a pain to buckle. You have to put the two buckles together between baby's legs, hoping they aren't kicking, and try to line them up to buckle together. My last car seat could be buckled one side at a time. This one has to have the buckles at the bottom of the straps lined up, one over the other, then put into the piece between their legs. Such a pain.

  • Summary: This is by far the heaviest car seat I have ever held. My son is 16 lbs., well within the weight range for this car seat (and only 7 months old). Even when he is not in the seat it is heavier than most seats. I also have a Graco and it is a breeze to carry. I love the seat and all the good qualities it has but I am not sure what I will do for the next 5 months as he get biggier and the car seat starts breaking my arm off.

  • Summary: the triangular shaped handle is great, I love the length of the canopy because it keeps most of the sun out my baby's body. It also fits in my sit n stand double stroller. The only thing I dont like about it is that its too narrow and it does not have room for my baby's arms the picture xplains it all. Her arms rest on top of her rather than resting on her sides.

  • Summary: After having a second child in less than a year of the first, I felt I needed a double stroller. I learned that I needed the matching car seat so it would fit appropriately. I now have both Millenium double stroller and a single car seat, but really preferred the Evenflo stroller and car seat I had before.

Cute Car Seat BUT.....

  • Summary: While this car seat is beautiful, it has some flaws. The release is in the front which can make it difficult to get out of the car. Every time that I would take the seat from the base, I would bang my arm on my van door. Also because of the front release, the car seat does not lock into a shopping cart as most car seats do. The car seat by itself is heavy.
  • Pros: Easy to adjust harness, Stylish
  • Cons: Difficult to Set Up, Heavy

  • Summary: I bought the Baby Trend Double Sit n Stand Stroller in Green Tea. Baby Trend doesn't make a matching car seat yet so I thought the galaxy would match fairly well. Plus, it just looked like a cute car seat for our little boy coming next month. When it arrived I was so disappointed. The material is really shiny and it reminds me of scales on a mermaid if that makes sense. So not what we were looking for.

  • Summary: This car seat looks nice but once I got it it was not what I thought. It was way too heavy and not soft at all. The handle was hard to move. I returned it immediately!

NOT impressed

Walmart

  • Summary: I had a Graco seat with my first baby, and although it was kind of a pain to lug around, I didn't mind it so much. But with another baby on the way, I wanted to find a carseat that would better fit in the car along with my daughters convertible carseat. All the reviews I read said this carseat was great for smaller cars, and it was rated #11 most popular carseat, so I went ahead and got it. Well, it came in the mail today, and I HATE it.
