Summary: We had a Baby Trend brand infant carrier with another child, and bought this for a new baby. It broke after 3 uses. The handle that lets you take the carrier out of the base broke. I had to use a screwdriver to get the car seat out of the base. Definitely would not recommend.
Summary: The seat seems fine but it was manufactured in 2010. I'm very disappointed that we'll have to replace it in a year and a half. I didn't realize it until we already had it installed or I would have returned it. I'm surprised that Wal-Mart would even sell one that old.
Summary: When I saw this baby carrier online I was very impressed with all of its features. It was all that I wanted and more. Upon opening it, I noticed it was extremely heavy and thought it was just because of the base. It was not. That carrier alone is very heavy for no reason.
Summary: I bought this car seat for $100 5 months ago (while pregnant), I figured I wouldn't buy an expensive car seat since babies grow so fast and before you know it they need a toddler car seat. I regret making that mistake.
Excerpt: I bought this car seat when I was pregnant with my daughter and when she was born we used it a total of 4 weeks and I took it back to where we bought it and they refunded the amount. I hated it!!! It was so heavy, even when she was only 8 pounds it was hard to carry.
Summary: I got this and when I took it out of the box it was missing alot of its sticking and the foot cover was sown crocked and did not sit on the car seat strait also it was covered in water stains witch lead me to decided to take a few spots and try stain remover on the material and found this material...
Excerpt: I have a four and a half month old daughter and within this short amount of time i have had to buy three different car seat travel system sets. the first two were the baby trend brand. i always heard decently good things about this brand and the cost efficient prices were definitely a plus.
