Summary: I loved this stereo when I first bought it. Now the power supply fan is whining when I first turn it on. It takes about a minute for the sound to stop. I'll probably need to replace the power supply fan at some point.
Summary: Bought this unit for my poker/games room, and the Unit itself is exactly what I wanted. Small, has AUX in, and decent sound. Its a perfect shelf system without getting into a full size stereo. However, 4 months after having it, the fan on it started to squeel and the bearings went.
Summary: It is very hard to find a DVD CD stereo receiver. My 5 year old Philips unit looks elegant but developed a 60cycle hum. I searched and search and this TEAC was the only unit I could find that was close to it. I am please with it so far but the speakers are a notch below what my Philips had.
Summary: We bought this unit to replace our old, giant-sized disc changing boombox. The setup was easy, the sound is pretty good for the size, though nothing spectacular. We have had a problem with the antenna like some other reviewers.
Summary: I have this beside my laptop as the desktop speakers. On the whole no complaints. However the small annoyance with it comes with the volume at low level. It is very sensitive from 0 up to 3, but each step in volume is very dramatic.
Summary: I like all the features included in this steoro. One thing I thought it would be somewhat larger, but I don't have any problems with that. I did and still do don't know how to incorporate the DVD player into my TV.
