Summary: Owned it over a year and the sound is very impressive for a soundbar. It's more than loud enough for a large living room. What I like best are the separate settings for center/subwoofer, and tremble/bass.
Summary: sound bar works well. Remote control does not. Amazon referred me to Sharp. Contacted them and described problem with remote. Never was contacted by Sharp. Disapointed about Amazon and Sharp. I would give it a -5 star if I could. Never received any help from Sharp or Amazon.
Summary: My wife and I bought this soundbar to compliment our 46" Sharp LCD TV. We have a large living room but a small budget. I'm very satisfied with the sound and bass. This is a terrific speaker, especially for under $300.00.
Summary: This is the perfect addition to my Hannspree 42" HDTV in my enclosed Patio (Home Office/GYM/ManCave). The Sound is excellent and once I hooked up a Sub-woofer I had left over from my old Entertainment system, the sound is almost Fantastic.
Summary: I bought this sound bar about 2 weeks ago. I am quite happy with my purchase. My primary objective was to make the voice audio on my new hdtv more intelligible. My hearing isn't what it used to be, and some shows are quite difficult to understand the dialog. Plus, many TV's have lousy sound.
Summary: Added this to a 46" Sharp Aquos. Big improvement in sound, looks very nice mounded below TV. Used double sided tape to wall mount. Need to buy a Toslink fiber optic cable to use the 3.1. Analog input for my iPod. Recommended. Going to add a sub woofer in the future.
Summary: I have found the system performs well with our Sharp Aquos TV. One annoyance is that the sound amplitude cannot be controlled by the TV remote via the optical digital output: One has to use two remotes.
