Summary: I got this unit to play music in my very small, retail shop (we used to just use a boom-box). Right off the bat, this unit had problems. First, while testing it, and its functions, the cd tray wouldn't eject. It would click, like it was trying to come out, then just stall.
Summary: The product is fine. A nice little cd-MP3- receiver that sounds pretty good. I generally like Pioneer products. Worked for 10 months, then disc drive stopped turning. Well that can happen. 1 year Parts and Labor warranty should take care of that. Now starts the fun part.
Summary: My mom bought me this for my kitchen (thanks mom!) so I could hook it up to an airport express and listen to my music streamed from any number of devices that I own, and let me say that I am not at all disappointed in its power, sound quality, or ease of use.
Summary: The Pioneer Micro Stereo System was delivered ahead of schedule and it was in perfect working order except for one thing - the remote doesn't work. Hopefully it's the battery (which wasn't covered by the protective strip shown in the directions); but still it's annoying.
Summary: I listen to music moderately and I think this system suits my needs just right. I have a few downloaded albums and I frequent Pandora, both hooked up through my Kindle to this stereo by the headphone auditory insert thing (not the USB- like I originally thought).
Summary: The USB port makes it perfect for my choice of music. FM radio also adds to my preferences in choice of listening. The size of the stereo is what I like the most. The sound is good and I like using the remote, which is so easy to use. The dock is so convenient. What's nit to like?
Summary: Excellent stereo, good sound. I wish the dials and switches were a touch more intuitive but I have figured it all out. The only down side is that the speaker cables are not as long as I would have liked but on the other hand, it's shelf stereo, not a room stereo.
