Summary: I just Bought this Mini Stereo Stereo from Panasonic nothing mini about it,this is one Great Nice sounding System for its Size.Too bad they don't make them like this no more. The Unit looks Great and has Very nice sound from the Small Speakers,Nice Bass.Love the Sleep features, although the Blue light is a little too Bright at nightime. The Handy Remote is nice to use too.I Rate this unit 5 Stars. The CD player works Great.
Summary: I love how the clear plastic top opens in sync with the CD platform, slowly rising when you hit the open button. The sleep feature lets you listen to a CD or the radio and set it to where the sound slowly gets quieter after a certain amount of time (15, 30, 45, 60, mins) and when the volume turns all the way down, the system turns off. The opposite is true for setting the alarm... It will slowly wake you up in the morning to your favorite CD/song.
Summary: This is an amazing system , good sound and great looks. My friend had a Denon 3 Cd changer and we couldn't tell the difference in sound. The 15W / channel is pretty adequate for most applications. I listen to a lot of techno, and this system has not been found wanting yet!! I think the only real competitors are the Sony systems. But Sony's atrocious pricing kept me well away from their merchandise.
Summary: the sound from this product is great. two things that i dislike are that 1. the timer is difficult to program, and 2. the panel light is too strong even if it is in dimmed mode. i have to cover the panel with paper in order to get asleep. it can read and play CD-R and CD-RW.
Summary: This system is in a nutshell very simple and very effective. It is easy to use, looks great, has a very very strong tuner and gets alot of bang for your buck. There may be some others out there that have more nifty CD loading mechanisms but not too many in this $$ range to get the this type of sonic quality. This unit cut cost on mafufacture (plastic v.s. glass, etc) but not on technology. You get Panasonic's legendary MASH converter and circuit technology.
Summary: This unit isn't perfect. There isn't a lot of flexibility with it. On the other hand for [price] what you get is actually a great little sound machine. The unit is nice and small, about the size of two cigar boxes stacked on top of each other. The speakers are each a little bigger than that. It fits pretty much anywhere and put in a small area it will fill it up with great sound. However, there isn't a lot of tinkering with the sound.
Summary: When looking for a second music system to put in my bedroom, I knew I wanted something that would be small and discrete, but also classy-looking and (most importantly) capable of delivering rich, full sound. This automatically ruled out most so-called "mini systems" with their seizure-inducing flashing lights and graphics and sci-fi designs. I decided upon the Panasonic SC-PM03.
Summary: This is one excellent little machine and for the price...just unbelievable. It's got some cool features that you'll probably only find in more expensive units (like the in and out plugs). Hook up that KLH subwoofer from Amazon to this puppy and you get some unbelievable sounds for its size. You can also plug in a turntable, tape deck or any of that other stuff. Small enough to stick anywhere in your room and it just looks and sounds so cool!
Summary: I bought and returned three other systems by Pioneer, Sony, and Aiwa before this one made me the happiest, and it was the least expensive ! The CD player raises as the powered lid opens, making it easy and safe to set a CD on the spindle without risk of scratches. It has the normal RCA type in and out jacks for connecting tape decks, etc. You can access CD tracks directly by number on the remote. It will program up to 24 tracks, with random and repeat play too.
Summary: This system not only looks great, but sounds amazing. The small size makes it suitable for a dorm room, office or bed room but the sound can defintely fill an entire apartment easily. The speakers produce trmendous bass for its size. When cominbined with the sound virtualizing feature on the system, the speaker produce a crisp and undisorted bass sound. One hesitiation I had before buying the system was the missing cassestte deck but I am not missing it at all.
