Summary: This is the fourth cd player Ive ordered and the first one that works. I am disabled and unfortunately online doesnt tell the difficulty in using products. I would prefer everything to have a simple on/off button..that's it but its a more complicated world we live in now. that said..It looks good and, on my third day, it works. At first I was distressed with so many buttons, two antennas, etc. and buttons arent organized..i.e. all cd buttons together.
Summary: The only reason I did not rate this product 5 stars is it's a little hard to learn to use all its many features. I don't know how this problem can be solved. If you have a dedicated switch for each feature, you'd have a zillion switches which require a huge remote control and is confusing. BTW, this model's remote control is a cheap black plastic thing. My previous fancy player (Nakamichi) has a beautiful little silver egg-shaped remote that fit in my palm.
Summary: I have had the Panasonic SC-HC35 compact stereo now for about a month, and have been very pleased with the performance. This system was a perfect size for my installation, and came with wall mounting hardware (although you will have to provide your own screw anchors for the wall brackets!). All controls seem intuitive, and there are numerous options for adjusting the audio experience (e.g., bass enhancement, surround sound, etc.).
Summary: This stereo system is a great deal for the money. The slim design means it doesn't take up a lot of room on a shelf and we mounted ours on the wall. I have a Bose Wave in addition to this Panasonic stereo, and the Panasonic has a comparable sound. It's easy to use and has a good bass. I recommend it.
Summary: The system arrived ahead of delivery date, which is always great. Pros: - Good system, well made - Has the needed in/out ports, including Aux In which is what I was looking for. - Light and a good size to hide away or to wall mount (has mount holes in the back). Looks pretty good wall mounted. - Good iPod / iPhone / iTouch integration. The key here is that the system gives a large enough bay to even mount the older gen iTouches. - Good clear displays.
Summary: This is great little unit to play ipod. It looks nice and sounds good too. The only problems are the remote doesn't work from very far away and the no touch door doesn't seem to work at all. I tried to open the no touch door with no luck, but when you are that close the button works just as well.
Summary: I was looking for a small, budget-conscious bookshelf or tabletop radio/cd player, when I ran across the Panasonic SC-HC25 at Costco. Purchased it and loved it, except for one thing; not enough power for my taste. So, I returned it and was on the search again. I decided to purchase the higher wattage Panasonic SC-HC35. I really love this unit! At first I made the mistake of comparing it to my previous component system, and of course there was no comparison.
Summary: The sound on this reasonably small system was better than I expected. Also I would like to make a note that the CD will also play MP3 format and the Ipod player automatically charges the Ipod if necessary when you shut the system off. Two very nice features. The remote that comes with the unit makes its operation very user friendly.
