Summary: This is for the earlier model which was purchased from Amazon in April 2012. I will have to add that neither of us are especially technically adept, although I have set up stereo systems in the past with little difficultyu. The steroe is a beautiful piece of furniture, which has been its only value. Both I and the party to whom I gave it struggled with the directions, which in many places seemed to be written for an unrelated product.
Summary: timely delivery, but upon taking the system out of the box found that the cd door would not slide open... so returned for refund; very disappointing ~ do not waste your time with this little stereo
Summary: We used the iPod dock about 5 times then it stopped working. Unfortunately, the 30 day warranty had just elapsed. Neither Panasonic nor Amazon will return our money or exchange it for a new one.
Summary: I purchased this Panasonic stereo on April 11th and in less then 4 months it quit working? What do I need to do to exchange it or get a replacement? I'm really bumbed out over this? Please can someone contact me asap about this?
Summary: I purchased 4 of these units. Don't waste your time. Neither of the 4 units I purchased were any good. I could not use the stereo tuner on any of them. They all had pre-programmed stations that were set by the manufacturer and the units don't have acceptable methods available to re-program. The manual referred to an "OK button" which does not exist. I followed other instructions (i.e. unplug for 3 minutes, then hold radio button on to re-set).
Summary: This product seemed kind of cool with he sliding door access to iPod / CD areas, but the overall design is cheap and the sound quality is not that great. When I plugged it in at home for the first time I was incredibly disappointed at the quality of the sound for the price. This was to replace an old BOSE sound dock that stopped working after about five years. The BOSE cost me 50 dollars more than the Panasonic and there is no comparison in sound quality.
Summary: I got this after reviews said was good and fits iphone. Well I have news, does not fit an iphone that has a case. I always have my case on my phone and feel its stupid to take it on and off to play it in this system. My phone went in smoothly but to take it out, it was stuck and I had to use a key to pry it out. I returned it and got Brookstone's iDesign and LOVE it!!!
Summary: I never had a chance to use it as it is used electrcity 110w and we are in 220 w area no adaptor supplied and not mention before. Suprise I found it is a 110w and to return back will cost me twice the price I bought.
