Summary: Positive: The unit does everythign that it was advertized to do. The sound quality is much better that the 8 year-old Panasonic it is replacing, and the total package size is actually smaller. The programmable radio buttons are also a 'plus'.
GREAT sound....just doesn't play off of an mp3 player itself

Summary: GREAT product, GREAT sound quality, and the seller wasted ZERO time shipping this to me.....I got it the VERY next day!! SHOCKED THE HELL outta me! So, lemme get the "BAD" out of the way first: Although I knew this was a used product, I didn't expect that the seller would send me a physically...
Summary: I purchased the Panasonic model HC25 and after 4 months, my iPod dock no longer worked. Also the sound was poor and the lower registers seem to loose clarity. I returned the system to Panasonic, at my expense, and Panasonic sent a replacementl back to me (reconditioned) and the unit wouldn't turn...
Summary: I already own a HC55 and looking for another one for another room. I bought a lower model (HC-25) because I only use CD and radio so I don't really need any fancy Ipod function. I still like the look of HC55 better because it is more sleek looking and more intergrated look.
Summary: I recently purchased the Panasonic SC-HC25 for my home. It is a well designed and attractive unit. I had a hard time finding this type of radio/CD. Most are boom boxes which I didn't want, or more component-like. This unit is compact and produces a very high-quality sound. I highly recommend this.
Summary: THIS ITEM IS OUTSTANDING AND THE PRICE IS SO AFFORDABLE. I AM SO GLAD I RESEARCHED IT BEFORE I PURCHASED ANYTHING. THE FACT THAT IT WILL PLAY CD'S AND DOCKS AN IPOD IS REMARKABLE. THE SOUND QUALITY IS AMAZING. THANK YOU.
Summary: I bought the refurbished unit for $59 with free shipping. You CANNOT find anything that compares to this deal anywhere! I looked at all the local stores in my area. The selection was poor and anything descent was $99 or more. Just search Wally's website for Shelf Systems.
Summary: The sound was waaaay muffled. I read a review about that, and I thought people were being too picky. I saw decent reviews overwhelming the bad, so I went with it. The set up was very easy, but the sound was terrible. We are not high-maintance people, and rarely listen to music.
