Previous questions about this product

  • Can I add an antenna to boost the wireless signal to my SB reciv

Have a wireless network setup at home that includes a Squeezebox Duet receiver connected to an anp and speakers in my yard. The signal from my wireless router to the remote SB receiver constantly drops off interrupting the audio. Have read about high gain antennas that can be connected to the wireless router. As an alternate option, I was wondering if there was an antenna that could be connected to the remote SB receiver that could pull the signal into the receiver. Suggestions would be appreciated. Thank-you, Garden State Mike

  • Is purchasing "Duet" necessary?

Can this receiver be used alone, or is it necessary to buy the "Duet". I just want to listen to a few Internet radio stations, and would not be bothered by having to change stations via the PC.
