Summary: This is my second HK Go & Play. I bought the original version probably 4 years ago and have loved it. As the Bluetooth speakers started coming out, especially the BOSE, I really wanted that option. It's tough forking out the cash for this thing as it's not cheap, but the sound makes it worth while. I listen to a LOT of music and consider myself an audiophile. I have been very impressed with the depth and tone this thing delivers. Just like the original.
Summary: Best sound, very cool style. The power of bass and treble is incredible. For those who wanna pay higher prices for excellent quality and style. What's not so good is that it doesn't come with a rechargeable battery, you have to use your own batteries. And also it's weight, it's a little bit heavy but it's handle makes it still easily portable.
Summary: I basically wanted a compact music system which i can play and able to move it to the place i need. So this perfectly fits my requirement. Coming to the sound quality, it is excellent. Even at high volume the music is clear and it has good balance of bass.
Summary: Bought the Bose SoundDock Series II 30-Pin iPod/iPhone Speaker Dock for Christmas present, and the box came crushed and the gift wrapping looked like a kid did it. Amazon took care of it and sent me another Bose. Instead of gift wrapping it came in a cheesy gift bag. Wouldn't recommend their wrapping service at all. Wrapping aside, the Bose sounded flat and tinny. There was no depth of sound. My cheap Ipod headphones sounded better.
Summary: I was blown away the first time I listened to my Go + Play. The sound is amazing for a portable stereo, and I love using it at outdoor parties. Even at loud volumes, distortion is minimal to non-existent. It's compatible with both my classic iPod and my iPhone 3GS. Just one minor quibble: I wish the stereo didn't hold the iPod/iPhone at such a low angle; if positioned at a more perpendicular angle, the screen would be easier to view.
