Denon D-M37

The D-M37 is a micro component system from Denon which comes with the main unit and two speakers.

Main Unit

The RCD-M37, which is the system’s main unit, measures 8.25 x 4.22 x 12.06 inches (W x H x D) and weighs approximately 9 pounds and 8 ounces. It features a tray-loading CD player that offers random and repeat playback modes. Apart from audio CDs, the system can also read digital media in MP3 and WMA formats. The Denon D-M37 also features an AM/FM radio tuner with AM frequencies from 520 kHz to 1710 kHz and FM frequencies from 87.50 MHz to 107.9 MHz.

Apart from 2 sets of analog inputs and outputs, a mono output for a subwoofer and a headphone jack, the Denon D-M37 features a USB port located at its front panel. This port allows users to easily connect to USB-capable players. The D-M37 also comes with a dock control port which can be used with the optional Denon ASD-11R dock which is compatible with Apple iPods.

The unit has a digital clock with timer options. The timer can be set to sleep, alarm once, or alarm everyday.

Speakers

The SC-M37, which is comprised of the D-M37’s speaker system, comes with two 30-watt speakers with a frequency response of 45Hz to 40kHz. Each speaker measures 5.70 x 9.17 x 9.22 inches (W x H x D) and weighs approximately 8 pounds and 6 ounces. Each of the speakers utilizes a 120-mm woofer and a 25-mm soft dome tweeter.
