Summary: Bought this for a setup that includes 32" TV, Xbox, Wii, PC and combi DVD/VCR (yes, really!). It completely transforms the sound available - the TV was utterly feeble in that regard, but the Cine5 produces a depth and richness that improves the experience whatever the source. It's rather good for streamed music - it doesn't have the excessive bass that ruins so many alternatives, but a much more balanced sound that does justice to the music.
Excellent Value for Money to sort out cheap LCD TV Sound

Summary: We recently bought a fine-looking 22" LCD TV to fit into a smallish space, not needing a large screen. Fine-looking yes, but (as many have found to their cost) the speakers on LCD TVs, especially the small ones) are simply DREADFUL. So began the hunt for a decent speaker or speakers, leading me to the new wprd in my vocabulary "soundbar". What a magnificent creation to enable the TV companies to make you pay twice over For something.
Summary: I found most common soundbars to be far too large for my available space but the Asus Cine5 stands neatly in front of my 30" LCD TV. The Cine5 is actually a games speaker which assumes you have yellow/grey/green 2.5mm jack outputs available. To run it off L/R external speaker outlets on the TV, YOU NEED THE LOGITECH 5.1 GAMES ADAPTOR. Might as well buy it at the same time.
Summary: Admittedly, I bought this for my TV rather than PC and was obviously disappointed. I loved the design but the sound quality just isn't there. Almost no bass and very tinny with a slight hum when the volume is ramped up. I expect this is a decent PC speaker but no good for TV!
Summary: After reading a few reviews and been let down by another amazon soundbar I took the plunge , I bought this soundbar for my new desktop build , I never really had much hope having had my computer through my tv and Philips 7.1 1000w sound system !!!! but wow this unit is amazing . The build quality is again stunning .
Summary: I bought this item following the published customer reviews. It seems to be everything that it claimed to be, but my main criticism must be the lack of remote control which makes its use for normal television difficult when watching commercial tv as the commercial breaks feature vast increase in volume and as a consequence you're bobbing up and down every 10 or 15 minutes to control it ! That said, for the price the sound quality is quite brilliant.
