Symantec Norton 360 2014 review
8 October 2013
Conclusion: Norton is still one of the best choices of IS software on the market and with the discounts available widely on the Internet, it represents very good value for money. We'd prefer to see it being a little less Internet dependent for functions like help, but in other ways, like its Pulse updates, that same aspect provides extra protection that can be very valuable.
Pros: Easy to use, A good deal of automated protection, Useful Performance view, Most of the essentials in one package
Cons: More online storage would be nice, No Mac support in this version
Excerpt: The first and best-known of all Internet Security brands, Norton has several iterations in its range, from Anti-Virus, through Internet Security, to 360 and 360 Multi-Device. 360 includes core modules to cover anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-spam, a two-way firewall and browser protection, but also provides parental control, online storage, online backup, PC tune-up and identity protection.
