Summary: Somehow, this product has done what I thought was impossible. It is not only worse than Norton, but manages to be worse than previous versions. I have no idea how this company is profitable. They're so terrible and it's become so well known how terrible they are that Intel is rebranding the whole company as Intel Security. Same product, different name. Don't buy either.
Summary: I tried Norton was really disappointed then went to McAfee....worse if possible. Has not caught any spyware or malware, I have had to research and remove those myself. When I called McAfee tech support they wanted more money. The free software is my next choice at least if I have to pay for tech support it will be only once.
Summary: This product was easy to install but after it's installed you have to activate it. I tried several times typing in the product key but it just said error and when i hit contact customer service for help it error-ed out that as well. I finally found a number for Mcafee technical support after going through page after page on their website and then went through the endless options in order to speak to a real person.
Summary: I bought this a month ago, tried many times to install on it on my windows 7 PC, but needless to say never succeeded. I think now I have take help of McAfee's customer care, not sure whether they will succeed. But, simply it is a not a smooth experience for me.
Summary: i got 14 months license of McAfee antivirus with my dell laptop, but after 2 or 3 days my McAfee screen doesn't showing any text. so now it is no more useful.., and even i am not getting any online help.
