"Very Bad Technical Support. Phone support misleading."

Pros: Too Much Clutter. And advanced features are not intergraded.
Cons: Phone support the Tech person answering does not trouble shoot the problem and stay with you. Tech just hears you out & then says I will send you a link to solve the problem. The link is just a link from a vague section of iManual. Worthless.
