Excerpt: I bought this to update my KIS 2013, which was about to expire. In previous versions, whenever I have updated a current version of KIS with a newer version on disc, the newer version removed the older version first, automatically, then installed itself. This one didn't. After going through the lengthy install, it told me that my license was about to expire! Removed all KIS and installed Norton Internet Security.
Summary: Installed it. Computer worked. But, as soon as I went to a site that was an AD it installed an .exe file and corrupted the entire hard drive. Kaspersky does not block unwanted files. It allows it to auto install from a broken site. It should have script built-in to block unwanted popups or ADware sites that auto-install files that corrupt the entire Hard Drive. With Google-Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc. Also Kaspersky does not find any malware, spyware or viruses/Trojans.
Summary: I used Kaspersky for the first time in 2013 and really liked it. This year's version, however, not so good. I loaded it twice and each time I could not use the internet. I would access the internet OK, but after browsing one site and going back to homepage it would lock up and not let me go further. I changed security settings and other protocol hoping that would help, but to no avail. Once I deleted Kaspersky, no problem.
Summary: I have been using Kaspersky's products for the past 3 years and loved them, they don't slow down the computer, efficient,clear messages, etc. This year I got Internet Security and after a few attempts at installing it, the computer crashed completely and wouldn't open, a Windows message telling me it was trying to save the computer but was not sure of it. Finally managed to recover the computer, but the program won't install.
Summary: I got this few months ago and installed it on my desktop and laptops. It runs and shown the message, "YOUR COMPUTER IS SECURED/ PROTECTED ..." If I try to do full scan of of my computer, it never completes and stops when 14-17% of the scan is complete. I have tried every help and support available in their website, have contacted them with emails but of no use.
Summary: Se insistirem em comprar, preparem-se! Eu usava há 2 anos o anti-vírus Kaspersky e sempre tudo correu muito bem. Resolvi adquirir o Kaspersky Internet Security (renovação) e quanta amolação! Já foram horas e horas gastas, iniciando e reiniciando o computador. Já liguei para o suporte (é interurbano, não é 0800). Já troquei mensagens eletrônicas com os técnicos. Já entrei em fóruns de usuários. Isso tem uma semana e o antivírus não está funcionando regularmente.
