Very Good Protection

Summary: Too bad some don't even use the product, yet try to review it; don't be fooled. Kaspersky is a top tier AV. I've installed every brand of AV on client machines (including free ones, which are fairly good), but Kaspersky has few security holes. Hey, we want good protection.
Pros: Strong protection Frequent Updates Fairly fast scan
Summary: Keep in mind if you are buying the Download version, KEEP THE KEY! You will need it if you uninstall. As for the product itself, it does what it says, Its an Anti-Virus... It is not going to work a miracle or save your child or stop certain types of infections that the more pricey versions will...
Pros: Easy installation, simple to use, updated continuously and quickly, Rebates actually work. Video game profile works and allows you to have updates during your downtime and Not in the middle of a game.
Cons: Tech support is somewhat slow, first they email you a generic email and it makes you feel like they didnt read the entire support ticket you submitted, then you have to reply to the email and re-emphasize the issue, then it will finally be addressed.
Summary: As long as your install goes normally and you computer is working well, this is the best AV product you can get. I service many computers and have used Symantec/Norton, Trend, Eset, McAfee and others. Kaspersky beats all at catching the bad items. It's not perfect- just better.
Pros: Kaspersky is the most aggressive at catching trojans, rootkits, virus and spyware. My go-to AV for any user.
Cons: Tech support is non-existant. No phone support at all. Email support takes days to respond. If you have a problem, forget about it.
