    Fab camera, bit of overkill for simple home photography but a great camera for those thinking of taking photography to the next stage. Combined with a Tamron 28-200 lens and use of a polarising filter on sunny days, it takes fab photos. Read more

    The S2 is based on the Nikon F80 body (as is the D100). I did think about the D200 but im not sure i would use the additional features. The way I see it at the moment, a camera will always be out of date within two years. If i saved a bit by buying the D80 now, I could then replace again...
