Summary: This camera produces sharp and accurate photos. The metering is excellent and can deal with all sorts of light conditions. It's big and heavy which is idea for serious photography. It's a delight to use. A real pro camera but so easy to use.
Summary: I bought this camera body because i have several Canon EOS film cameras and lenses including this model. My old one had some issues and this one filled the bill for a replacement. It is a professional camera with a good 'feel" to it. It was, at one time, the top of the line for Canon film cameras.
Summary: I had one that Id lost a part from .So when I purchasedthis my intention was to use it for parts.Oops to my surprise this was in new like condition with a users manual in better shape thenmine. So I made this my primary and my old body for parts.Great camera period
Summary: Overall all you need to take great pictures. It's cheap, easy to use, quite and smooth. It's nicely built and Except for that ON switch, I'd say you get alot for your money. Just buy one! It's worth every penny.
Summary: This is definitely one of the best 35mm auto focus SLR cameras that one could buy. It has tons of great features especially the built-in multi-zoom flash. It has a pretty simple learning curve and can use any Canon EF lens (though not EF-S digital). Since Canon made so many of these cameras, one can be bought and serviced rather inexpensively. It is a great pickup for anyone who needs a 35mm SLR with near professional features.
To shoot rapid fire 1 can't ask for a better camera

Summary: I have used the A2 for years. Love the camera. I now have a A2E that is fun to play with. Just for the eye focus. Shoot a lot of rapid fire shoots and the only camera that can out do it is the EOS 1 RS
One of the best EOS models out there...Semi-PRO model back when......

Summary: I LOVE the Canon line of film cameras. The A2 is one of my favorites to sling over my shoulder and take out hiking. 1/8000 speed will capture anything. Controls easy to understand and become second nature. I know we've all gone digital but for those of us who have to shoot a few rolls of film now and again the Canon EOS Cameras are the best out there and can be grabbed up for fair prices. I also use an Elan 7 E and an EOS 3.
Summary: Great product. I own the digital version of this camera 5Dmk II and it holds up very nicely in comparison. Got it so that I could use it as a backup and still use the same canon L series lenses on both cameras.
