GREAT !!!!

Sergio, Yamaha
1 August 2013
  • Summary: I was looking for a good 6 strings acoustic guitar-electric guitar, and this review was so usefull for me, I read it a lot, and choose a Yamaha FGX 720 SCA, at my favorite dealer here in Brazil(Milsons, some thing like "Thousand Sounds), and now I can say, it's a VERY GOOD Guitar. All things people has talking about is true, and so I'm very happy.

Wouldn't use anything else!

Eclectic Revival, Yamaha
3 July 2013
  • Summary: I play in an East Coast/Celtic band called "Eclectic Revival" and I play the heck out of my guitar. The only issues I've had with the guitar: had to replace the pick-ups once (fault of the guy who sold me a case that wasn't made for the guitar, but insisted it would work), and the frets could be a little more durable. I know that playing a lot with a cappo will slowly wear the frets down, so I can't be mad about it.
  • Pros: Durable, Excellent Craftsmanship, Great Intonation, Great Sound, Highly Responsive
  • Cons: Wears Easily

New Style from Yamaha scores with This Musician

matheusFrontman, music123
11 January 2006
  • Summary: So... I was kind of skeptical about this guitar (it was offered to me by the AWESOME people that are Yamaha customer service). I hadn't played it, and this is the first review of the product that I know of. "Bleeding Edge" as some would say. Oversized soundhole and tiny frets were the first things I noticed. Also the almost mirror-like quality of the black finish. Right out of the box, very clean, very nice looking. Couldn't ask for better aesthetics.
