  • Summary: I got these for my nephews for Christmas and they loved them. I think it is good to get them into possibly using a musical instrument. Music is a great part of life.

Pretty cool "toy",

Stevo "smwvc", amazon.com
19 February 2011
  • Summary: I saw this advertised around Christmas and thought it was pretty cool but I'm kind of old for that. But after checking out some video ads for it on the 'Net I thought: Hey! Why not! I had gotten an Amazon gift certificate with which I bought some printer ink but still had a little left to go. Perfect! Go for it. I mess with it from time to time and it's a trip.

Wow, did my cousin like it!

B. Poncelet, amazon.com
18 January 2011
  • Summary: When I bought this for my 6-year-old cousin, I figured it would get played with once and then put in the corner. Much to my surprise, he played with it all night and then brought it with him to another party a week later! His mom said that he had it with him all the time. He loves it! I don't know how it's going to hold up, but so far so good.

Like many toys, idea is better than the execution

Daniel Sweeney, amazon.com
12 October 2010
  • Summary: In my mind, Paper Jamz guitars fit in that old category of toy: Great idea, mediocre execution. I mean, the idea of a lightweight kiddie guitar without strings is genius; no strings to upset teeny fingertips, just touch a fret on the surface and brush you hand over the strings and voila. Only problem is, Wow Wee wimped out on the execution and only created an okay toy that could've been trancendant.

Innovative, fun, entertaining - and best of all - has volume control!

Jenni "Mommy Wife Engineer", amazon.com
2 October 2010
  • Summary: This is a pretty darn cool "guitar" for the money. My 7-year-old played with it for a few hours and loved it even before I took the directions out and we learned how to play the other 2 songs and play freestyle. For the price, it's worth it! And affordable enough that if my son wants another one, saving his own money and buying it himself is within reach.

Jamz Guitar Rockstar rock4

BrianWright22, amazon.co.uk
7 December 2010
  • Summary: Excellent toy for my 6year old Grandson. Although not made of the traditional guitar materials, never the less is very robust and durable. The design and finish of this guitar is very authentic and is enjoyed by my Grandson very much. My first impression when I viewed the guitar in a local shop was that it would not last physically very long but I have been proved wrong. The sounds also are enjoyable but most of all it is loved very much by a 6 year old.

  • Summary: This cool gadget was bought for my sons 8th birthday... its pretty cool really. Its so flat and strudier than I thought it would be. Your son/daughter won't become a rock star, but he/she will have fun trying..
