BEWARE - Product Fails and Yamaha Cust Svc is horrible

Summary: I purchased this product at the end of December 2011. It worked fine and I had no issues until mid-April 2012. At that time the receiver would not power on. No clicks, lights - nothing - dead. So, given that it is past Amazon't return period I called Yamaha "Customer Service". They were very unhelpful, and in the end offered to have me return it to the nearest repair facility which is a 2 1/2 hour drive away to get it fixed.
