Discounts Jungle.com lies and Amazon needs to do something about it!

Summary: This company lies. The Yamaha receiver was advertised as new on Amazon. I received it a couple of hours ago and opened the packet with the manual to read it. The manual had handwritten notes all over it and obviously had been used by another individual who made connection notes in the manual. Sam, of Discounts Jungle said someone in his warehouse had made the notations while packing the unit for shipping.
Summary: This receiver is hooked up to a set of Deftech 1000's, and the sound quality is mediocre at best. The receiver is really sub-par. The HDMI pass-through quality is terrible. Bad artifacts and it occasionally cuts out during action scenes. I've heard the firmware fixes the handshake issues, but after it's all set up, thats going to be a pain. Sound is muffled. Very poor mid-range. Highs, Mids and Lows just don't blend well together.
