In general the price-quality ratio of this receiver is excellent, but has a, EMHO, a big con: the Yamaha RX-V367 don't have a dedicated rear electric plug to power the active subwoofer...
Summary: Pros: Very good Pro logic and surround sound capabilities for an item that is less then say Onkyo or sony. And under 200$ It's a decent replacement for any receiver w/o HDMI. Good Crossover function and handles the low end Fq really well even on different ohm settings.
