Pros: Accurate Controls, Energy Efficient, Good Power Output, Good Remote Control, Great Sound Quality
Summary: I upgraded from an older Yamaha home theater receiver. What a difference 10 years makes. I use this product 50/50 between TV/Movies and music. I purchased the optional Yamaha wi fi adapter to allow for network music playback. The movie sounds and programs are awesome, I only have it set up as a 5.1 system but even without using the added channels the sound is amazing and very strong. Music response is also incredible.

Pros: Accurate Controls, Easy To Set Up, Energy Efficient, Good Power Output, Good Remote Control, Great Sound Quality
Summary: Maybe one con, I wish it had Android support to stream pandora. It supports pandora streaming from an Apple product.
Pros: This is my first review ever but also my first Audio Reciever. I'd say this was a good way to bust my cherry. It works flawlessly with my Xbox One (which with Kinect allows me to power it on and off, as well as change the volume), 360, Sharp 80", my PC and Yoga 13 ultrabook.
Summary: Well I got the dreaded Onkyo HDMI burnout problem (5 years old) so I decided to move on the next level of audio and video receivers and like many I did my homework so if you are reviewing audio video specs the RX-2020 is a good option for those who need a little something extra in the way of hookups in a not so complicated environments.. the genius is my wife can sit on the patio and control the whole thing with her phone and I didn't really have to train her much.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Good Power Output, Great Sound Quality
Summary: Our old receiver had gone MIA after 10 years and we started looking for a replacement that would recognize and utilize all of the old fully funtioning equipment that we had compiled over the last 30 years. Of prime importance were pre amps out for existing not utilized old amp. After looking and comparing specifications for 2 months we settled on the Yamaha RX-A2020. The intigration was at times long and tedious, the Yamaha has performed amazingly!
Pros: Accurate Controls, Energy Efficient, Good Power Output, Great Sound Quality
Cons: Confusing / Bad Remote Control, Difficult To Set Up
Summary: I use this for audio primarily: phono, streaming Pandora and my own library. The sound quality is phenomenal (and I upgraded from a RX-V1800) plus I like the 4k pass-through and up-vert capabilities. I like the Pure Direct that includes video so I can follow my library. The only issue, if you can all it that, is the TVsersity decode only coming through as MP3, not WAV lossless, which forces me to us Windows Media Player 11 -- very slow to load.
Pros: Accurate Controls, Easy To Set Up, Good Power Output, Great Remote App For Ipad, Great Sound Quality
