Unit was a Lemon , Sony customer service was worse!

Summary: I purchased this unit on November 27th, 2009 and within 3 months of just using this receiver for nothing more than the occasional movie (surround sound), light music playing, etc. (It has never been cranked up, or abused), it blew 2 integrated circuits (Microchips).
Summary: The unit stopped sending a signal to the speakers after 6 months of light use. The worst thing, however, is the service. After having wasted a few weeks of time, they told me that they "could not reproduce the problem". How difficult is it to connect it to a player and a set of speakers?
Summary: After about a month, the receiver started going into protect mode. The volume would not be turned up loud at all, and I would have to turn off the receiver and then power it back on. Picked up a Denon to replace this unit and now the Sony collects dust.
Summary: I have had nothing but headaches with this system. It worked fine for about 3 months. Then, the LG TV that it's connecting to stated - No Signal. I spent numerous time with Sony support on the phone. Conclusion was to have the system repaired.
