Summary: This is a wonderful receiver. I upgraded from a home theater in a box setup and did a lot of research on what was available out there and the range of prices for what I was looking for. This had great reviews already and I agree with them completely.

Summary: I'm very disappointed. Purchased Aug 2015 but just setup Oct 2015. My +10 year old Onkyo TX-SR500 (65 watts x 5 channels) died and I bought this Sony STRDH550 (145W x 5 channels) to replace it. The Onkyo drove 2 Dahlquist QX9's, 2 Dahquist QX20R's and a sub and sounded great.
