Question: Any issues with the amplifier audio and or video cutting out?

Audio Video will momentarily cut out, seems ot mostly have with DVR playback, but it happed with DVD playback as well. GUI Display momentarily switches to something else,(i think PCMCI input), but I have not been able to get a good look.
