HDMI video dropouts

I've been using the STR-DA4300ES for a year or two now, and I frequently have the video dropout for a few seconds (this happens every 30-45 minutes). I've tried replacing HDMI cables and devices, but this happens on an XBOX360, PS3, and Verizon FIOS STB. Since I've changed the audio to run through an optical cable, the audio doesn't drop out, so I'm fairly certain it's specific to HDMI. However, the problem is so inconsistent I haven't been able to generate a reproducible test case and the service center "can't reproduce the problem". I'd really appreciate talking with anyone else who's experiencing this problem.
