    I agree with the one expert review quoting "uninspiring sonic quality". I connected a powered JBL sub and my pair of modified B&W VM1s (HE Ti dome tweets & film caps). The audio quality on this Onkyo sounds objectionably synthetic and lacks detail and presence- comparible to the sound quality of less desirable IPOD models. If it werent for this I would like this receiver a lot.
