Summary: I had purchased an sr6006 unit a few months ago when the geek boys would not fix a simple problem in my Onkyo - and just gave me my money back. I know the 6006 is last years model but I think the quality and tech support issue crosses all models.
Software problems caused receiver to freeze. Returned within 30 days

Summary: Had to return due to the receiver freezing up. Unable to perform any function. Only way to turn off is to pull the power cord. Unit then freezes up again a few minutes after it is turned on again. Tried to reset the microprocessor as recommended by Marantz but did not help.
