Summary: Ive had this receiver for two weeks and love it!! Its really easy to get your Entertainment stuff connected to it. My old AVR 520 ; You had to use quite a bit of volume to get sound from the TV. (Like around +15 db). With this receiver, -35db is PLENTY of sound from the TV. In fact -35db is plenty from all of my devices-PC,Blu Ray,and my DVDR, This baby will give anyone all the volume they need.I like it loud;so That's saying a lot.
Summary: I have had several HK units over the last few years. I decided to "redo my man cave" . Started with panasonic AT 8000 3d projector:panasonic 3d DVD: Dalite 105 inch screen:logitech remote. these units replaced last generation like kind equipment. The projector is ceiling mounted, requiring a 40 foot of Redmere HDMI cables. The DVD, directv go to HDMI inputs on the HK. None of the system worked properly without changing to the Monoprice redmere HDMI.
Summary: At the time I bought this receiver, this was HK's top-of-the-line product. Your home theatre system is only as good as its "brain", and that's what led me to buy this receiver. I'm not a techno freak, so I did not go looking for products from McIntosh or any of those ultra high-end brands. The 3650 does the job, and does it well. My system consists of a flat panel 3DTV, 7 surround speakers, 1 subwoofer, an XBOX 360, a PS3, a Media Player and a satellite receiver.
Summary: Awesome product plenty of clean power i have found nothing negative about this unit. Its like sitting in a theater watching movies. The harman kardon internet radio is good lots of stations around the world connects easily to home net work to stream music from my music collection.
Awesome, superb unit - what a joy to hear it in action

Summary: What can I say... this is really a great unit. It replaced another similar unit (in fairness not as expensive or top of the line). The sound quality was immediately noticeable. And we were able to hook up all our components, HDTV, BlueRay DVD, etc., into this unit and what a difference. We lost signal quality with our other unit and avoided it. The remote, big as it is, is fairly straightforward and once you set it up easily maneuvered.
Summary: As stated this is the first HK product for our home and I am pleased to welcome this one into our home. At first glance, the look of the unit is very pleasing. It is modern looking but still has classy touches to make this fit in any style of home. With little play and little overall A/V knowledge this unit really delivers to our expectations. This is our first A/V receiver and setup for surround sound.
Summary: 1 word: Awesome! Many words: The receiver is fantastic. The audio and video come through great. I have my AppleTV connected to it, as well as a Blu-ray player and cable box and it couldn't be better. I listen to Internet radio through it as well, and while that could be easier to setup, having a web interface does make it better. I do wish they'd update the list of Internet radio feeds on the receiver because many of them are out of date.
Summary: This is the first HK product I have listened to and I am impressed. The sound quality is excellent. Natural timbre and dynamic with no hints of coloration. I evaluated the units sound quality using Blu-Ray, SACD, 96k/24 bit digital sources from a Marantz NA7004 via optical input and CD. When I initially listened to high quality sources the stereo image and dynamics were just not right. I discovered that by default on an input Dolby Volume processing was enabled.
