Summary: I had to return this product because I had problems with the 3D Bluray player. No picture on the Bluray. Harmon Kardon tech support is very nice but is NOT in the US. After a replacement unit I was able to get the 3D Bluray to work. Sounds great and looks good but not totally happy the unit.
Summary: I purchased this item. It was working fine. After Amazon's return policy, the product failed to put out sound in HDMI. Amazon stated that because it was past their refund/exchange date, I would have to mail the product to their fulfillment center and "they" would determine what the refund amount would be. To make it short and sweet "they" decided to value the product almost $100 less than what I payed for it. What was I supposed to do?
Summary: Nice looking receiver...though was little disappointed in not getting 5.1 and DTS from DVD when they contained it...Tried reaching HK Tech but surprised they are closed on weekends...though website states they are open on weekends.. Got to wait!
Summary: I bought this receiver as an upgrade to my 10-year old Marantz based on its styling, feature set, H/K reputation, and price. Now that it is properly set up, I am happy with my purchase. However, I almost sent it back a couple of times when I tried to set it up. Unexperienced users beware: This receiver is not easy to set up, and, in my experience, H/K support is nearly nonexistent. First, H/K's supplied quick set up sheet is wrong.
I reluctantly returned it to a seller allied with Amazon

Summary: I gave it a good try. After studying the manual and quick start guide for days, I still was unable to get any of the HDMI inputs to work on my own. I went through a troubleshooting routine on phone with H-K rep and it was determined that my logical first choice of the four input HDMI jacks was defective. After getting acquainted with this receiver in the process and finally getting it to work, I have a few thoughts for prospective buyers to think about.
