Summary: Got mine in 2008 (for 400) and still working great. This receiver looks nice and sounds good despite being 'only' 50wpc (in surround mode, 65wpc in stereo). Able to produce sounds at moderately high volume without distortion (though that's partly to do with the relatively efficient towers I have at 92db). Aside from the good sound, it has good amount of input/outputs as well.
Summary: Great receiver for the price. Not only does it sound great, but I've gotten lots of compliments and stunned looks when I tell people how much I paid for it. This receiver is really a great value.
Summary: This is one awesome receiver! Does anything you can imagine for normal home theater operation. Has more customizable setting then you will ever need even lets you mix and match up your video and aduio inputs giving you endless ways to hook up all your equipment.
Summary: Perfect for The music lover, crystal clear sound.Enough inputs for multiple devices including HDMI.I paired this with POLK MONITOR 40 SPEAKERS AND POLK SUB.Very elegant for The price.I chose this over many other recievers that cost much more and I do not regret it. PURE CLARITY!!!!!!
Summary: This is a great receiver works great. I bout it because its a good brand and has HDMI. I am a big fan of Onkyo but they can be pricy and this is a good alternative if not willing to spend to much.
Summary: Got a great deal on this. Like the upscaling abilities plus all the inputs. Great for anyone needing the HDMI or wanting surrond sound out of regular cable/satellite signal. Remote could have been designed to be more user friendly but works if you get it figured out. A great value when compared to other receivers with the same functions.
Summary: First and foremost... IT GETS HOT! NOT a negative at all, it just means it's working. I LOVE this receiver! Easy to set up, all functions work well and do not require a degree in electronics to operate. I bought this unit to use only the pre-outs with my amplifiers, but ended up using the surround and center built in amps because they were so quiet and responsive, not to mention convenient.
