Very nice.

Raymond Martin, Amazon
15 December 2013
  • Summary: Installed this with little effort, connected quickly to our network (wireless) and have been listening to Internet Radio stations ever since. The iPhone app is also a nice feature to allow you to browse through different stations or play music from your iTunes collection.

This is an advanced system; worth every penny...

Big Sky Dreams "Big Sky", Amazon
23 October 2013
  • Summary: Full Disclosure: I did not purchase this unit on Amazon. Got it cheaper on eBay, but I did purchase the speakers on Amazon(you can read my review on those as well). I have owned this system for two months now. If you want a CD player - this system is not for you.(I thought I still wanted it, I was wrong) If you want AM/FM radio - this system is not for you.

Great Receiver

Jim, Amazon
11 October 2013
  • Summary: The Ceol Piccolo (model DRA-N5) receiver performs great and sounds fabulous. The receiver connects wirelessly to the Internet with ease and is ready within minutes. Although this is a fairly small receiver, it packs 65 watts per channel, which is perfect for a living room or home office. There are lots of features on the receiver, which allow connectivity to a USB device, iPhone and iPod.

Just what I was looking for!

Joe F, Crutchfield
2 October 2013
  • Summary: I was looking for a music system for my patio that could access music I store on a USB connected drive on my router. I really like DLNA because now I can keep all my music in one place and access it from anywhere. The Denon AR5 worked perfectly and the android app made it controllable from all my devices.
  • Pros: small, easy to set up and use with good sound.
  • Cons: nothing i've found yet.

Denon Scores Again

RC, Crutchfield
2 October 2013
  • Summary: Using to stream music from internet radio and ITunes. Set up was simple and it works flawlessly. Have it connected to two Focal Chorus 714 speakers (see review). The receiver is so small that I have it tucked under an end table and hardly notice its presence. 65 watts per channel easily powers a robust, clear sound with plenty of kick to spare.
  • Pros: Versatile with built in wireless internet applications. Denon tradition of high quality. Small and handsome box. Bass and Treble control via remote.
