Summary: Nice receiver, good sound and lots of options. I bought it to use primarily for streaming music from my bluetooth phone/tablet and wifi. To get this to work, you need to hardware it to your computer via an Ethernet cable. Not what I wanted. It was listed as wifi and Bluetooth but not unless hooked up to your computer. Our stereo system is upstairs and wanted to keep from running up and down the stairs to adjust volume and sources. This item didn't fit my needs.
Summary: Good value for the features but with one problem: OVERHEATING regularly This is a 7.1 AV Receiver with all the major functions, great buy. Only problem I encounter is the over heating. I put the av receiver in a shelf in the corner of home theater without much air circulation. and the shelf is about 12" in height with glass. After 10 mins of use - watch movie / testing sound, the av receiver shut off automatically and the red light is blinking.
Don't use SiriusXM app, unless you want to be totally frustrated.

Summary: As a receiver, I love this device. The sound is great, easy enough to setup and picture quality doesn't seem compromised. However... I hate the SiriusXM app. It's awful. I can't tell you how many times I've been listening and all of a sudden the thing starts changing channels on me. I've also received "Disconnected" messages so many times, I cant keep up with it. Contacted support and no help at all.
Summary: In general the Denon receivers are a great buy for price/support/features. Recently I bricked 2 e400's by simply doing a firmware upgrade. I performed the firmware upgrade for 2 reasons. First the internal Pandora software constantly paused and queued. Secondly I was advised by Denon support that the upgrade would resolve the issue. I have installed many of these receivers without issue.
