Summary: I just bought this as a working receiver. I updated the firmware on Denon's server and the files were corrupt. Now nothing works except the switcher. The HD radio drops out and motorboats. The USB inputs look nice but DONT WORK!!!
Summary: This is a terrible receiver. I have never had the HDMI switch properly. You need to turn the machine on and off if you make a switch from one input to another. Also, the ethernet capability has never worked. I have had the unit serviced 3 times, but it has never been repaired.
I bought a lemon and got terrible Denon customer service.

Summary: I have had this unit for 8 months now. It had green video lines on the HDMI output the day I got it. I had it repaired under warranty (2 weeks). Then it had issues with the HDMI audio intermitently stuttering.
Summary: This may (or may not) be a great receiver. It might even be a good value compared to other AVRs. But the owner's manual lives "down" to its reputation -- I'd been warned about Denon documentation for this AVR being awful, but until I bought this receiver, I didn't appreciate how awful a manual could...
Watch out when buying DENON - Expensive and you will end up visiting the DENON dealer a lot!

Summary: Upgraded firmware as notified by the on screen message of my AVR-4310CI and ended up with some features no longer working. Tried to contact DENON over the phone but service is so bad and endless waiting on the phone to get help. Therefore I've decided to contact them using their Web site.
Summary: I had this unit for about 3 weeks when the first issue appeared. The network stopped working and when swirching between video inputs the unit froze. I had to send the unit make to Denon for repair, the unit was with them for over 30 days.
Summary: I sent Denon customer service two emails, for two separate issues. They didn't reply to either of them. One of the problems I have is that the second HDMI output port doesn't work. The primary output port, i.e. the TV, works fine, otherwise I would send the unit back.
