Summary: I was lucky enough to get this unit for $700.00. Great deal for a great product...at least for the first 6 months. Then the network card stopped working. It would get its IP, though couldn't access any network functions or could it be access via web interface. Upon further investigation and after talking with Denon, they said this is a known issue that could possibly be fixed with a firmware update.
Summary: Immediately below is my original review. Please see further below for my updates as I can no longer recommend this product. Posted 10/2010: I've had this amp about a month now. Setup was very easy. I had it playing Blue-rays and doing everything else before I opened the manual. Having one wire from each component and only one wire to the TV is fantastic. The amp must be on when you watch TV.
Summary: I've been a long time Denon owner with a 4808, 4308, 3308, 3310 and now a 3311. While I am happy with the overall quality of the 3311 (My 3D TV, BlueRay and DirecTV receiver are happy), it is much lighter and seems a bit cheaper then previous years. As an example the remotes are cheaper, the source selector in the past had a very fluid click feel as you rotated the knob between channels. The 3311 doesn't feel like it has the same quality.
