Summary: Denon has MAJOR problems with product quality. These units have long-standing problems with the network cards and have done NOTHING to fix the problems. I have yet to get any response for connection issues in 5 years. They do have a lot of features and sound great but if they don't work, what are features worth?
Summary: This Denon is worthless. Can't even use it for my home theater now. Plugged this receiver in after firmware upgrade and it has a delay in the voice on screen. Thought well that is no problem I will use the delay fix on the unit. Well it is delayed in the other direction. Using this function creates more of delay. Tried contacting Customer service they never responded to my email. Now I have a worthless product sitting here that I can't do anything with.
Summary: I slowly stop to work feature die one after another I serviced this junk twice in first 2 years each time replaced motherboard covered by denon. Now after warranty at first I get noise during up-scaling. Can't upscale. Now most of the DSP slowly stop to work. They losing all channels and only central is working. It never worked with 3D correctly it losses sync from time to time and you had it to power on/off.
Summary: I have been really really disappointed by my purchase. I bought a Denon AVR 3311CI two and a half yrs ago.. it seemed a great thing. It had tons of features and I loved the networking aspect. After I found the app for it, it was even better. However even from the beginning it had problems. The right front channel would crackle regularly, and the only way I could alleviate this was to bi-amp the front channels.
Summary: I bought the first 3311 from Crutchfield, it went out in less than a month. Crutchfield sent another one. It lasted about 6 months, sent in for repair. Recieved unit about a month later, it went out in about 8 months. I placed it o a shelf and bought an Onkyo, NO ISSUES. I called Denon and have one week warranty left so its at thhe Denon center. I don't have any faith they will fix it.
Summary: I will not suggest this AVR. It has a known networking issue. I Bought this unit more then 1 year ago and now I can not play iPod, pondara, internet radio. The customer service is not very help full either. They are aware of this issue. One more problem is this product heats up very fast. Not satisfied with the product.

Summary: I purchased this unit toward the end of 2010 and got about 6 months out of it till the network card died. Same issue as is mentioned in several reviews here on Amazon and on AVSForums - an IP address can't be set nor obtained via DHCP and all network features are locked out. I took it in for repair at an authorized shop here in NYC and didn't even have to explain the problem, they took one look at the model and knew what was wrong.
Summary: Worked great for 6 months, then picture started to flash on and off whenever watching a DVD. Tried everything on my end to try to diagnose and fix the problem: tried switching inputs and outputs, new cables, total system reset. No help. Drove an hour to the repair center. The guy there said he couldn't fix it so he said to send it to their main repair facility. They replaced the HDMI board, and now a few months later the same problem.
