Summary: I have been a long time Denon fan and own several of their products including several other recievers. When a new HDMI capable television upped the need to replace my AVR-1802 I researched and purchased an AVR-2312CI. A year later this receiver has been into Denon support 5 times!

Summary: This is my second Denon receiver, the first one lasted 10 years. The new unit when working is very good. After three months of ownership, the main circuit board malfunctioned and the unit was brought to a Denon certified service repair center in Phoenix where it was diagnosed.

Summary: I've used this amp for about 2 years now. Sound quality is good, but I hate...no really, I seriously DESPISE the interface/controls. My blood pressure is going up just writing about it. I'm a software guy - I can figure out user interfaces, even horrible ones. This is beyond horrible.
