Summary: I'm a denon fan all the equipment that I purchased from them has been exceptional, unfortunately with my 2311ci unit I have had nothing but trouble. This could possibly be because it was a refurbished unit. The first day I received the unit I hooked it up and could not get a picture. I spoke with denon tech support and confirmed what I had already guessed my HDMI Board was causing the no video issue. I Had to ship it out the next day to new jersey to have them fix it.
