The Denon AVR-2311CI is an AV receiver that is part of the "CI class" A/V Receivers from Denon. Available in June 2010 at an SRP of $899, the Denon AVR-2311CI is covered by a 3-year warranty. The unit features "connected home" capabilities made possible through Denon’s partnerships with control manufacturers such as Crestron, AMX, Control4, Universal Remote Control and RTI and comes with its own Crestron remote control modules, which allows users to open a control interface and "drag and drop" the specific programming tools they need to create fully connected total home systems.

The Denon AVR-2311CI also features Control4® Certification which is compatible with all Control4 IP-based home automation and entertainment systems. It also features ability to stream and listen to music stored on a Windows PC, Mac and media server products or NAS devices supporting the DLNA standard; compatibility with an array of home entertainment source components including the Apple iPod and the iPhone and iPod Digital Direct via USB, which is also ‘Works with iPhone’ certified. The receiver also feature two-zone, two-source capability; custom-integration features like RS-232 for 3rd Party control and assignable high current DC trigger outputs, as well as Audyssey MultEQ Pro Calibration, which provide users with the tool for tailoring the sound to the specific acoustical need of any room.
