Summary: I chose the 2310 over the newer 2311 because the price was right (499 on OneCall/Amazon closeout) and I prefered the huge number of input options on the back of a 2310. If your using only the newest gear (everything is HDMI, 3D TV) the 2311 is probably better for you and worth the extra money.
Summary: Great product! Installation was time consuming but not difficult. Set up was even easier! The only problem I have had so far is incompatibility with the comcast cable box, but I have found that it is a common problem which I solved by connecting the box directly to the TV and connecting the sound to...
Summary: Wasn't sure what receiver to get. I was a little lost until I read some reviews on AVS forum. I found the Denon AVR2310CI reviews to be very helpful. The 2310 sounds great and the Audyssey dynamic EQ , dual-zone capability and auto sound calibration makes this a great receiver for the price.[...]
Summary: I am not a real tech-type that delves into the specifics, I know a few things I like and look for those things when I look around. I looked around at a lot of receivers before selecting the 2310CI.
Summary: I chose the Denon 2310ci for several reasons. One is prior experience with my Denon 1903. Denon makes some very powerful and reliable products. The 2310ci has lots of features and plenty of power. The advantages of the Audyssey setup cannot be overstated. This is not a simple graphic equalizer.
Summary: I read many reviews about many brands before I bought the Denon. All I can say is that the "difficult to use" reputation is not deserved. The unit fully meets my expectations and makes my room rock to the soundtrack of my favourite movies.
Summary: i bought this receiver after having an absolutely horrible experience with an onkyo product on every level, cust service compatibility etc. i just decided to bite the bullet and upgrade to this bad boy and i could not be happier, i hooked it up calibrated it and i was done, hasn't skipped a beat.
Summary: I am a Denon veteran having previously owned the AVR 1908. I was so pleased with the sound that a was able to look past the obnoxious menus and incompatible OSD to take a chance on the 2310 after losing the 1908 in a divorce.
Denon AVR2310CI 7.1-Channel Multi-Zone Home Theater Receiver
15 June 2010
Summary: The Denon AVR2310CI 7.1-Channel Multi-Zone Home Theater Receiver is a great unit. I replaced my older Onkyo 787 that I thought was great but this Denon by far outperforms it by miles attached to the same Bose speakers.
Summary: This receiver works great. I replaced an earlier version Denon with this one, and it performs even better. The video cross over means I only have one HDMI running to my TV, with everything else running into the Denon. I definitely recommend this AVR.
