I am not pleased with the amount of money I spent on it ...

Summary: I bought this receiver a little over a year ago. The receiver stopped working today, possibly after having done a software update. I am not pleased with the amount of money I spent on it to have it last slightly longer than the warranty period.
Summary: Fit my bill. Works well as an HDMI switcher. Powers my in ceiling speakers and shelf center speaker without issue. Modern connectivity conveniences with enough power for the average surround setup. Love the speaker calibration feature. I will say that the "smart" interface sucks, slow when using a web browser and sometimes even locks up. Using the Android app is better to control receiver over the network. Receiver interfaces need to catch up to the market.
Summary: Originally i had purchased this receiver and 1 day later I got an Email saying they did not have that receiver in stock anymore and that i was getting the X2000 instead for the same price......needless to say i was SOOOOO HAPPY to hear that news . The x2000 is a great receiver.
Summary: I have had mixed results with Denon equipment and own a 4308ci which is in a dedicated theater room. It has been rock solid (in the ways that matter to me which is soundfield for music and movies), so I took a chance on this which was 'factory refurbished' for 350 bucks. Size was a big factor in my decision as it had to go into a cabinet in which the location of the electrical outlets are directly behind where the receiver would go making depth an issue.

Summary: Superb receiver, legendary Denon power and sound quality, multi-functionality and built-in networking ability does everything I want it to do PLUS it is 4K-ready for my next TV upgrade. LOVE IT!
Summary: This unit is part of my upgrade from a 2 channel Denon Amp system. I use it with Chario speakers, a Denon Bluray, TV and Apple TV. The build and quality are superb. What surprised me most was the improvement in sound quality on music. I had to buy an internet bridge to plug in the network cable, and that has worked very well - the internet radio works well. I've noticed that occasionally the radio disappears but I'm pretty certain that is station-specific.
